There's very few things that are as cool as a thriving reef, and you find them around Nusa Lembognan due to the rich waters and stronger currents (don't worry, there's always a calm bay if you are not into current) But if you are, you will have the possibility of drift diving here, as you have rarely drift dived before! But, besides reefs in incredible conditions, the nutrient water attracts the larger marine life like the manta rays. And all year round, you can find yourself diving with these gracious animals at Nusa Lembognan, up close, on the cleaning stations where the big animals circles again and again to let the little fish clean their bodies. It is a mind-blowing sight. Full stop. If you are going between June and October, you have a great chance of seeing the weird and heavy Mola Mola (Oceanic Sunfish). We could write pages of this strange and incredible animal. But really, there's not enough space in this little brochure. Go GOOGLE!
Only 20km from Bali lies the island of Nusa Lembongan, where people gather to enjoy world class diving and surfing, quiet sandy beaches and lazy island atmosphere.
The west coast is the most popular area and offers the best choices of restaurants, local shops and hotels. But don’t let the wifi deceive you. This island is full of loose chickens, colourful locals and an everlasting scent from the little Balineese Hindu temples (Pura’s) that are nestled in every little crack between houses and restaurants.
