Quito Day Tour: Otavalo Market (full day)
Day 1 - Otavalo
Duration: 12 hours
Meeting point: Hotel Hilton Colon (secondary lobby). Address: Av. Juan Leon Mera between Patria Avenue and 18 de Septiembre Street. Please meet your guide in the secondary lobby of the hotel.
Finish Point: Hotel Hilton Colon.
Itinerary: Enjoy a full-day excursion to experience the charm and culture of Ecuador's Otavalo Market. Surrounded by the Imbabura, Cotacachi, and Mojanda volcanoes, the vibrant and beautiful city of Otavalo is home to a large indigenous poulation and known for its handicrafts. Continue to the nearby town of Cotacachi to browse the leather market and craft shops before a delicious typical lunch at a local restaurant. Next head to the Peguche waterfalls or Cuicocha Lake before returning to Quito.
Note that this Day Tour is operated by one of G Adventures' preferred suppliers and will be a shared service with other non-G Adventures travellers.
