Take a visit to the home and garden of the famous painter, Claude Monet, in Giverny, about 75 km north-west of Paris.
It was in this garden that he would find his inspiration to paint the famous painting of the waterlilies.
Both the house and the garden is gently preserved and appear as when he lived there, from 1883 and to his death in 1926.
According to many visitors, the garden is considered one of the greatest artworks of Monet.
Monet’s garden is only open for visitors in the period 1 April to 31 October.
